The device comprises the entire online water quality monitoring system, integrating sampling, analysis, recording, data statistics, and remote data transmission into a unified system. It is composed of a data acquisition and control unit, a communication unit, and an auxiliary unit. The auxiliary unit primarily includes subsystems such as power supply/distribution, lightning protection, and security protection. The water quality data is transmitted to the monitoring system via wireless communication for real-time monitoring and analysis.
The device is widely utilized in water supply systems, source wells, water treatment plant, monitoring stations, surface water, and industrial water. It adopts electrode-based measurement techniques, offering advantages such as ease of installation, compact footprint, and high measurement accuracy.
1) Water quality monitoring
The water quality monitoring instrument is designed with high-precision sensors, enabling comprehensive detection and analysis of parameters such as pH, residual chlorine, turbidity, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and conductivity. 2) Automatic processing
The water quality monitoring instrument is equipped with integrated pre-treatment and storage units, which enable automated sample pre-treatment and analysis/storage of detection data.Users can directly view real-time data and export reports through the instrument.
3) Remote transmission
The water quality monitoring instrument employs multiple data transmission methods, including Ethernet, 4G, and Wi-Fi, which can achieve remote data transmission and provide effective systematic monitoring data for the water supply management department.
4) Remote configuration
The water quality monitoring instrument is equipped with an Access Point (AP) and configuration software, enabling remote adjustment of sampling and data transmission intervals.It supports remote modification and monitoring of sensor types, attributes, ID, and connectivity, while being designed for easy operation and low maintenance.
