What's this product?
      The device featuring low battery consumption,IP68 protection rating, RS485 communication interface and standard Modbus protocol, It is equipped with a corrosion-resistant housing , suitable for operation in various harsh working environments.
      A silicon piezoresistive level sensor with a stainless steel isolation diaphragm is used as the level signal measurement component, The level signal is acquired through a high-precision AD converter, enabling zero-point compensation and temperature performance compensation for liquid level measurement across a wide temperature range. 
      Suitable for indoor, outdoor, or applications where mains power is unavailable. Widely applied in petroleum and petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, gas, fire protection, municipal engineering, chemical industry, marine, power, process control, wastewater treatment, emergency rescue monitoring, and other industries.
Operation principle
      Based on the principle that the hydrostatic pressure of the measured water is proportional to its height, the pressure sensor converts the hydrostatic pressure into an electrical signal. This signal is then transformed into a standardized electrical output through temperature compensation and linearity correction, enabling precise liquid level detection.

Installatioin
1. Liquid level sensors should not be operated in environments with excessively high temperatures, over-range conditions, or strong magnetic fields, as these conditions can seriously compromise measurement accuracy and significantly reduce service life
2. When measuring static liquid levels, the liquid level sensor should be submerged to the container bottom without contacting sediment or sludge. For liquids prone to sedimentation, the sensor should be installed with a 10-15 cm clearance from the bottom to prevent clogging
