The Wireless Pressure Transmitter adopts an integrated design with ultra-low power consumption, utilizing silicon piezoresistive with stainless steel isolation diaphragms as pressure measurement elements.
• The pressure signal is acquired via a high-precision AD converter, enabling zero-point and temperature performance compensation for pressure measurements across a wide temperature range.
• The device is equipped with a large capacity and long endurance lithium thionyl chloride battery pack that can be quickly replaced, suitable for outdoor or application scenarios without mains power supply, such as pressure monitoring for water pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, gas stations, pump stations, and fire services.

1. A stainless steel isolation diaphragm silicon piezoresistive sensor is adopted, achieving zero-point compensation and temperature performance compensation across a wide temperature range;

Installation
1.Confirm that the pipe/vessel is de-energized, depressurized, and free of medium flow. Prepare suitable installation tools (e.g., wrenches), and clean debris in the installation area to ensure a safe and clean environment.
2.At the preset installation position on the pipe/vessel, drill holes (if not pre-reserved) according to the sensor size. Install matching insertion-type connecting fittings (e.g., flanges, threaded joints), ensuring the interface is sealed and stable.
3.Slowly insert the wireless pressure sensor into the pipe/vessel through the connecting fitting, ensuring the sensing end properly contacts the medium. Adjust the insertion depth to meet design requirements, then tighten the fixing components (e.g., nuts) between the sensor and the fitting to ensure firm installation without looseness.
4.Power on the sensor (confirm normal power supply if battery-powered). Use matching debugging tools or systems to check the stable wireless connection between the sensor and the receiver. Test pressure data collection and transmission functions, and perform zero-point calibration if necessary to ensure proper operation.
